These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bl7777 ("bl7777," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bl7777.club (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, games, promotions, and content offered through the Platform.

bl7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of account access and withholding of any withdrawals pending verification.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bl7777 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bl7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid contact number, and current email address. bl7777 is entitled to rely on this information when processing transactions and verifying your identity. You are obligated to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bl7777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified bl7777 of unauthorized access within 24 hours of becoming aware of the unauthorized use.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bl7777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, or driver's license), a proof of address document issued within the past three (3) months, and documentation relating to your source of funds. Accounts that have not completed required KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functions restricted until verification is complete.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your bl7777 account are not derived from any unlawful activity and that you are the authorized owner or holder of the payment instrument used to make deposits. Deposits made using payment methods registered in the name of a third party are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of all applicable identity verification and KYC requirements. bl7777 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits may require additional verification.

Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only. bl7777 targets the following standard processing windows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — within 15 minutes to 24 hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — one (1) to three (3) banking business days. bl7777 is not liable for delays attributable to payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests that include bonus-derived funds may be subject to applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 6 of these Terms. bl7777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined amounts or that are subject to unusual activity indicators.

bl7777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, loyalty points, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional pages of the Platform.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion expressly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bl7777 Bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed the required registration and KYC verification procedures;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms before they may be withdrawn as cash;

By participating in any game or placing any wager on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the bl7777 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering or operating more than one bl7777 account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or to circumvent Platform security measures;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or false identities to claim bonuses;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any bl7777 system, software, or game code;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bl7777 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the Platform;
• Allowing or enabling a person under 21 years of age to access your account.

Players may at any time access responsible gaming tools within their account settings, including: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session duration reminders and time-out periods; temporary account cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, bl7777 will take commercially reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform. However, bl7777 cannot guarantee that access through previously unidentified devices or accounts will be completely prevented. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to circumvent exclusion measures.

bl7777 strictly prohibits the registration and use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age. This age restriction is enforced through identity verification procedures and is consistent with the requirements of PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.

bl7777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe; (d) activity that bl7777 or PAGCOR determines constitutes a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players; or (e) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.

Upon permanent closure of an account, bl7777 will return any verified net balance — excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation — to the player through their most recently used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Processing of returned funds is subject to the standard withdrawal processing timelines described in Section 5.

Players may voluntarily close their bl7777 account at any time by contacting bl7777 support through the Platform's live chat or email channel. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, audio, and video materials on the bl7777 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bl7777 or its licensed content suppliers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license in or to any bl7777 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of bl7777.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, bl7777's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered through the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bl7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or bl7777 had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by bl7777's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

bl7777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by bl7777's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bl7777.club/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, you should not register for or use the bl7777 Platform.

bl7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by email notification to the registered account email address, by an in-Platform notification, or by posting a revised version of these Terms on the Platform with the updated effective date prominently displayed.

Your continued use of the bl7777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as provided in Section 10.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any service offered by bl7777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players agree to first attempt to resolve the relevant dispute informally by contacting bl7777 support. bl7777 will use reasonable efforts to address and resolve reported disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute relates to a specific game outcome or transaction, the relevant bl7777 system logs and records shall be considered conclusive evidence of the facts in dispute unless demonstrable error is established. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority.
